目的 :以 8 甲氧补骨脂素 (MOP)酊剂和凝胶剂为对照 ,考察 8 甲氧补骨脂素脂质体 (LMOP)凝胶对实验性白癜风的作用。方法 :用化学脱色法制备白癜风动物模型 ,分别用等浓度 (0 .1 5 %)MOP酊剂、凝胶剂、脂质体凝胶进行治疗 ,并给予日光照射 1 5min ,考察其对皮肤黑素形成和胆碱酯酶的影响。结果 :LMOP凝胶相对其他剂型对实验性白癜风有良好的治疗作用 ,对皮肤黑色素的影响和对胆碱酯酶的影响与模型组比较 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与MOP凝胶组和酊剂组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :LMOP凝胶较其他MOP制剂对白癜风有更好的治疗作用 ,为临床应用提供了理论依据。

目的:考察补骨脂素凝胶对豚鼠实验性白癜风的药效作用。方法:用化学脱色法制备实验性白癜风动物模型,以8-甲氧基补骨脂素酊剂为阳性对照,分别用低、中、高剂量补骨脂素凝胶进行治疗,考察其对实验性白癜风皮肤黑色素分布、胆碱酯酶与酪氨酸酶活性的影响。结果:补骨脂素凝胶对实验性白癜风有良好的治疗作用,与模型对照组比较,对皮肤黑色素分布的影响差异有极显著性(P<0.01),对胆碱酯酶和酪氨酸酶活性的影响差异具显著性(P<0.05);高,中,低剂量组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:补骨脂素凝胶对实验性白癜风具有良好的治疗作用。
