The Zinc and Aluminum anode protector can prevent the Cr-Mo steel from corrosion. However, it has the obvious effect of accelerating the crack propagation.4. NaNO2 is a better inhibitor, which can not only avoid the corrosion of Cr-Mo steel, but also can restrain the crack propagation.5. The effect of environmental conditions on crack propagation rate of the nodular cast iron is not significant.

The Dynamic Stress Concentration Factors K d (DSCF) of ten typical samples subjected to triangle and step function loading were systematically studied by dynamic photo elasticity,finite element method.The relationship curves of DSCF K d vs geometric scale and loading were provided.The corresponding variation rule of DSCF was analyzed too.
