Results The Kd values measured with this improved method under two different conditions were 2.61×10-12 mol/L and 2.39×10-12 mol/L, and those with Friguent method in these two conditions were 5.57×10-10 mol/L and 1.41×10-10 mol/L, respectively.
The experiments showed that the quality of DNA extracted by this improved method was much higher,DNA stripes were very clear without tagging,the concentration was 1.5397-2.1039μg/L and OD_(260)/OD_(280) was 1.6913-(1.8025).
RESULTS The adopted improved method was preferable, the recovery is increasing respectively 12%～13.76% and 7.00%～7.39% then other common method, and the recovery was validated up to 98.48% by internal standard method.
