In this paper the relationship between the compositions, mechanical properties or microstructures of Mg-Y-Zn-Zr system casting alloys has been studied. It has been found that the ratio of yttrium and zinc content in composition of this alloy will affect its properties and structures. When the Y/Zn ratio equals to about 1.5, the phases at the grain boundaries present a lot of white massive compounds in the form of Mg30YZn and a little of (αMg + Mg48Y5Zn5 ) eutectics. Further, the durability test of the steel under high—temperature is made and a practical technological process of heat treatment is suggested at last.Besides, the author, by actual test, finds out the relationship of the austenitic crystal granularity of 1%Cr—M_0—V steel to the temperature used in heat treatment, and the alloyability of the steel with the heating temperature. It follows that, the paper Supplies referable parameters for further researchs in such species of metallic materials.

本文研究分析了1%Cr-Mo-V钢的合金化特点。并结合叶轮工作条件对材料的性能要求,从理论上提出了几套热处理工艺的设想并逐一进行了实验。测出了1%Cr-Mo-V钢在各种热处理状态下的常规机械性能和高温持久性能。并观察分析了显微组织。初步总结出了各种热处理状态下材料的性能与组织之间的关系。最后提出了一套较为可行的热处理工艺方案。此外,还测定了1%Cr-Mo-V钢的奥氏体晶粒度与加热温度之间的关系以及奥氏体合金度与加热温度之间的关系等性能捐标。为此类钢种的进一步研究提供了一些可参考的数据。

The superconductivity of some amorphous alloys made of refractory tran-sitional metals as well as the relationship between structural changes after heattreatment and the superconductivity were described in this paper.The weakpinning superconductors with their critical current densities in these alloyshave a long way to go to the values which are required in practical use,butthey have high critical fields,good mechanical properties and resistance toradiation damage.

本文介绍了国内外研究的几种难熔过渡金属非晶态合金的超导性能。热处理后超导性能与组织结构变化的关系。迄今为止这类合金属弱钉扎超导体,临界电流密度距实用值较远,但有高的临界场,良好的力学性能及耐辐照性能。
