Results\ Compared with N group,the biomechanical characteristics and BMD in O group both decreased significantly ( P <0 01).Treatment with PEMFs showed not only better biomechanical characteristics and significantly higher BMD than 0 group( P <0 01),but also better biomechanical properties than N and E groups ( P <0 01),although BMD in EM group did not reach normal ( P <0 05).In addition,the trabeculae in EM group determined by bone morphology were thicker and denser than those in other groups,and the appearance and arrangement of trabeculae in EM group were regular. Conclusion\ PEMFs can reduce the bone loss,improve the biomechanical properties of the bone and prevent osteoporosis in OVX rats.Its effect seems better than estrogen,at least in bone quality.

目的 观察复合脉冲电磁场 (PEMFs)对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松 (OP)的预防作用 ,以寻求防治OP的新途径。方法  3月龄SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组 (N)、去卵巢组 (O)、去卵巢加苯甲酸雌二醇处理组 (E)及去卵巢加PEMFs处理组 (EM) ,治疗 8周后测定骨生物力学、骨密度、骨形态学。结果 生物力学性能测定显示 ,经PEMFs治疗后股骨最大抗拉强度和椎骨最大抗压强度明显提高 ,较O组分别增加 39 2 %、37 9% (P <0 0 1) ,并超过N组和E组 (P <0 0 1) ;EM组骨密度 (BMD)尽管未恢复至正常 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但与 0组相比仍有明显改善 (P <0 0 1) ,且已基本达到E组水平 ;骨形态学分析发现EM组骨小梁增宽、致密 ,分布有序 ,结构优于 0组和E组。结论 PEMFs能够增加骨密度 ,改善骨生物力学性能和骨结构。鉴于其对OP的预防作用主要是通过提高骨质量来实现的 ,我们认为在PEMFs一定程度上优于苯甲酸雌二醇 ,是颇具潜力的预防骨质疏松的方法

The hollow glass beads are extracted from fly ash and classified according to granularity. The density, the pH value and the wall thickness of the beads with different sizes are measured. 从粉煤灰中提取了空心微珠 (HGB) ,并按粒度进行了分类。对不同尺寸的空心微珠的密度、壁厚及pH值等物理性能进行了测量 ;实验结果表明 :75~ 10 0 μm的空心微珠密度最大、微珠的壁厚与粒径比值最大、抗压强度最高。选取这一粒度范围的空心微珠制备了涂料。对其进行隔热性能研究 ,证明具有良好的隔热效果 ,说明这一粒度范围空心微珠适合用作隔热材料的填料。
