豚鼠分别暴露于发射TDW2-100穿甲弹59式坦克车内和穿甲弹击穿坦克靶车内时的强脉冲嗓声中。发射穿甲弹的坦克车内脉冲声为170.0dB(SPL),9发;击穿坦克靶车脉冲声大于194.0dB(SPL),5发。用听生理脑干反应阈值来确定听力损失程度,并用ABC免疫组织化学方法观察耳蜗内肌动蛋白免疫活性变化。结果是:震后8h发射车内豚鼠听力下降平均为11dB,48h全部恢复;而被击穿靶车内豚鼠听力下降平均75dB,48h听力下降平均44dB。震后48h,靶车内豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞内肌动蛋白免疫活性明显下降,而发射车内豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞内肌动蛋白免疫活性与对照组无差异。结果提示:坦克靶车内瀑震声明显大于发射坦克车内震声。耳蜗毛细胞内肌动蛋白免疫活性与听性脑干反应阈值有一定的关系,表明,强脉冲声伤致代谢障碍在耳损伤中占有重要地位。在临床上应注意积极维护内耳代谢,或许会减少强脉冲声的损伤作用。

The blast injury was induced by BST - 1 shock tube and explosion of combat parts of guided missiles. The reflected overpressure values varied from 388. 4kPa to 399. 7kPa in the shock tube testsand the incident overpressure values were 390kPa-459kPa at the site 4. 5 meters far from the explosion center in the missile tests. The results showed that the mortality in the protection group was lower than that in the comtrol group. The severity of injury in the protection group was one or two grade less than that of the control group. The results suggested that the composite materials had a better protective effects on blast injuries in dogs.

实验动物为成年杂种狗16只,其中实验(防护)组7只,对照组9只。用BST—Ⅰ型生物激波管和导弹战斗部静致伤,前者反射超压为388.4kPa~399.7kPa,后者离心4.5m处入射超压为390kPa~459kPa。结果表明防护组的死亡率比对照组低,肺损伤程度比对照组也要轻1—2个等级。结果提示复合材料对冲击伤有较好的防护效果。

用强脉冲声作震源,观察大于170.0dB(SPL)的强脉冲声对豚鼠听器的损伤。结果表明,170.0dB(SPL)的脉冲声可引起暂时性听力下降,48h恢复正常。噪声强度大于180.0dB(SPL),可造成豚鼠不同程度的听力损伤和中耳、内耳损伤,其病理改变主要为机械性损伤。采取有效的防护措施,对减少强脉冲声所致听器损伤,保护听力具有十分重要的意义。并为我军武器装备提供生物效应实验依据。
