ABSTRACT

动脉管壁的力学性质是了解心血管系统生理及病理的重要因素。作者使用自制的生物软组织试验完成了人体主动脉弓的单向拉伸、滞后及应力松弛实验。还将所得数据结合动脉管壁周向与纵向的组织结构提出了适合于生理功能的解释。

ABSTRACT

本文探讨了控制用肌电信号的测试方法,包括:时域描记与频域显示,电极的比较和选用,测试肌肉位置的选择与固定,以及测试与统计项目的确定等。对27位前臂截肢者和10名正常人前臂反复进行了肌电测试。利用快速付里叶变换方法(FFT)实时分析进行数字处理的结果,发现受试正常人的不同肌肉的肌电信号,其频率、幅值不仅在数值范围上有区别,在分布上也各有它的特征,其肌电频率特性曲线形状各不相同。正是这一肌电信号发放特征上的区别,对肌电信号用于控制,有很重要的意义。并对生物电基本理论的研究和探讨,提供了有益的课题。

This paper introduces an electrical pulse-driven micromanipulator devised and manufactured by the authcrs. The precision of this instrument is high, producing a displacement of 0.5μ per pulse. It can be operated easily and it's stability is good. The physical quality fulfills the purpose in devising such an equipment. It can keep the tip of a micrcelectrode stable in a cell for several hours without penetrating the cell. Thus, this instrument is a valuable tool for research in the cellular level.

本文介绍作者等协作试制的步进式微操纵。该器精密度高、稳定性好、操作简单、物理性能达到设计要求,可将微电极长时间插入蒲肯野纤维内记录电活动而不穿破细胞。因此是细胞水平研究工作的一个精密工具。
