11个正常细胞质的玉米自交系双列杂交对小斑病菌0小种的病级和三个抗病因素(病斑数量,病斑面积和单位病斑面积的产孢量)、一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差都达到极显著水准,加性与非加性遗传基因效应都是重要的。这两种配合力效应依抗病类型而不同。一般配合力,抗病系的为负效应,感病系的为正效应。而特殊配合力最大负效应组合,发生在抗×中、中×中和感×感类型,这表明抗性是部分显性的。 亲本自交系病级、病斑数量、或者三因素乘积与杂种一代抗病性(病级)呈高度相关性,因此杂交种抗病性可利用亲本进行预测。
