The new way of fast transformed erosion hill land,afforested wasted hill and controlled soil erosion have been probed into.Therefore,land use ratio was increased and remarkable ecological,economic,social benefits were obtained.The result shows that the achievement will become a guideline for comprehensive erosion control in southeast Fujian.It has practical sig- nificance to improve multiple storey planting and intense management.

针对我省水土流失现状,立足于侵蚀丘陵地,采取改造、转化、完善的技术路线,选择“林—果—药”和“果—肥—药”两种综合治理模式,探讨马尾松疏林地和荒坡地综合治理改造的可行途径。经过近四年的试验,建立和掌握了多层次、多树种、多时效集约经营的立体种植模式和技术,探索出快速改造侵蚀丘陵地、绿化荒山、控制水土流失的新途径,并提高了土地利用率,取得了显著的生态、经济和社会效益。研究的成果对于指导闽东南侵蚀丘陵地的综合治理,对提高立体种植程度及集约经营程度具有重要的现实指导意义。

Highly efficient phage-based Escherichia coli homologous recombination system have recently been devel-oped that enable genomic DNA,plasmid and artificial chromosome to be modified and subcloned,without the need for restriction enzyme or ligases.This new chromosome engineering is termed recombinogenic engineering or recom-bineering.The basis of this technology,its applications and perspective are mianly described in this paper.

Finally, a project example is given that is developed based on the 3-layer model, and the design consideration and the critical techniques used in the project are explained thoroughly.

分布式网络异构系统是未来分布式计算的典型网络结构,CORBA技术可以把复杂的底层通讯技术问题封装到对象内部,大大简化了开发的难度和成本。在保证通讯安全和效率的情况下,可以快速地改造现有的系统,使其符合现代网络环境下的C/S或B/S体系结构,满足多用户的共享,减轻客户端的负担。提出了基于CORBA的三层应用模型,分析了其运作机制和特点,给出了一个基于三层模型的项目实例,对其所采用的设计思路和关键技术进行了简要分析。
