Using PIC single chip computer and digital logic circuits, the authors designed a distinctive circuit for video SYNC signal generation and interface,which endows this board with not only high speed graphic processing function but also standard broadcast TV interface signals. This board can be used in fields such as graphic and image processing,special effect animation and caption creating.
