Salivary samples were analyzed for progesterone and estradiol concentrations by the rapid direct (non-extraction)assay, using an ~(125)I-tracer and second antibody solid phase as separating system. Daily blood and saliva samples from ten volunteers were measured throughout one menstrual cycle. Levels of progesterone in saliva in the follicular, periovulatory and luteal phases were 57.7±11, 69.3± 10 and 364±33 pmol/L (GM-SD) respectively. The corresponding values for estradiol were 1.88 ±0.6, 4.46 ±0.12 and 2.56...

The corresponding values for estradiol were 1.88 ±0.6, 4.46 ±0.12 and 2.56 ±0.3 pmol/L. The levels of the steroids in saliva and serum increased and decreased synchronously throughout the whole cycle. There was a significant correlation (p<0.001 for both steroids) between the concentrations in the two body fluids. In most of the seven volunteers, the levels of the salivary estradiol during luteal phase were higher at night (24:00~6:00 hr) and lower and stable in the afternoon (14:00~16:00 hr). The circadian rhythm, however, was not observed in progesterone. It is apparent that salivary assays are convenient in sample collection, and can be used to indicate ovarian function.

本文采用~(125)碘标记放射免疫方法,以固相二抗作为分离系统,不经 萃取,直接快速测定唾液中孕酮及雌二醇的浓度。连续每日观察10名育龄妇女正常月经周期中唾液和血清中孕酮及雌二醇的水平变化。滤泡期、排卵期及黄体中期的唾液中孕酮浓度分别为57.7±11,69.3±10及364±33pmol/L(G.M±S.D);雌二醇浓度则分别为1.88±0.6,4.46±0.12及2.56±0.3pmol/L(G.M±S.D)。唾液中激素水平约为血清的0.5~3%,整个月经周期中,唾液和血液的二种甾体激素水平起伏一致,呈平行关系,其相关性显著(r>0.64,p<0.001)。大多数受试者在黄体期夜间(24:00~6:00),唾液的雌二醇水平较高,下午(14:00~16:00)水平较低而平稳。二组间差异显著(P<0.01)。孕酮水平未见明显昼夜变化。唾液孕酮及雌二醇的测定,有标本收集方便的优点,适用于连续测定,可以作为监测卵巢功能及预测排卵的可靠指标。

用镍钛记忆合金夹输卵管绝育后91例月经正常的妇女于黄体中期进行血孕酮(P)及雌二醇(E_2)测定,与正常对照组及输卵管结扎组比较。合金夹组平均血孕酮(12.76±5.76ng/ml)与正常对照组(11.82±3.82ng/ml)无显著差别(P>0.05),而结扎组孕酮(8.20±3.13ng/ml)明显低于前两组(P<0.01)。合金夹组中孕酮值<10ng/ml之发生率(31例占37.08%)与正常对照组者(6例占30%)无显著差别(P>0.05),而结扎组者(12例占75%)明显高于前两组。三组中雌二醇均值无显著差别(P>O.05)。说明避开输卵管系膜内血管放置合金夹,较少影响卵巢的血液供应及神经内分泌功能,故对卵巢功能影响不明显。
