STUDY ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF ECO-AGRICULTURE IN HEHENG VILLAGE, TAI COUNTY, JIANGSU PROVINCE. Ⅲ Comparative Study on Breeding fish Fry and Clams with Digested Liquid Sludge and Chicken Manure
Furthermore,POC in >2mm water-stable aggregates was significantly higher under chemical fertilization plus straw return, while POC in those of 2-0.25mm and 0.25-0.053mm in size slightly higher under chemical fertilization plus pig manure, indicating a higher sensitivity of POC in larger aggregates to fertilization practices.
Results indicated that mineralization rates of NO3——N increased rapidly after 10 d,10 d and 30 d,respectively for chicken manure, pig manure and cattle manure.
Through the operation test and economic analysis to the system, the results show that the death rate of the ascarid’s egg ≥95% and the number of the coliform ≤105/kg, and the treated feces was environmental friendly. The granular organic fertilizer has total nutrient content ≥5.0%, organic content ≥35% and moisture content ≤20%,and its every item is superior to the standard NY525-2002 of China.
As ~(15)N labelled ryegrass was comsumed by rabbit, the ~(15)N labelled recovery rates in feces and urine collected were 11.78% and 17.95% respectively.
The effect of organic manures, including chicken dung, cattle dung and pig dung,on the content of available Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in soil was studied with a incubation method in lab.
The water absorbent, then cattle dung, was superior in water retention to the others, the soil water content increased by 1.4% to 9.9% and 0.8% to 2.5% respectively, at >-200kPa (weight water%>16%).
Methods for disposing poultry droppings in China and abroad can be summarized as following drying poultry manure in tlx: cage with ventilator, under sun light, through ferment, by fire and microwave emitting burning the dry poultry droppings for heating;
At the level of 2 250kg compound fertilizer applied, the suitable amount of chicken droppings applied to vegetable crop was 45t per hectare. Don' t spread manure on surface of soil, otherwise the pollution of environment will occur.
The microorganisms were isolated from diverse specimens of fermented vegetables and manure.
Fresh manure evenly distributed in the substrate or on its surface is toxic for the worms but could be consumed by them if buried.
Two pure cultures of obligate methanotrophs, strains H-11 and O-12, growing in the temperature range from 30 to 61°C with a optimum at 55°C were isolated from samples of silage and manure.
Most of all, the fly infests barley and winter wheat, preferring crop rotation systems with green-manure fallow and causing 2.6-7.2% yield loss.
The soil properties are regenerated after application of an adequate rate of phosphogypsum and manure.
In the second day after treatment with the dose at 10 mg/mL of the alkaloid, the RGR reduced by 39.8%, and the food intake and the feces weight were respectively 57.7% and 57.4% of the controls.
The lowest amount of food ingested and voided feces, the lowest nutritional index, slowest development, lightest pupae and most mortality were found in those pine caterpillar larvae fed with pine needles which were 50% damaged.
The germination experiment of three groups of seeds (seeds from feces, dry fruits and extracted seeds from dry fruits) was carried out.
sinensis, the seeds from feces still have a relatively higher germination ratio.
Differences in the olfactory response of the palm civet to feces was observed only if they belonged to different species.
Livestock behaviour in the Pyrenees includes free grazing and a long resting period that provokes the accumulation of dung and urine in some places, so-called camping areas.
Most of the abundant mite species were associated with dung and coprophilous insects.
It is likely that they were introduced into the nests by adult storks with dung as part of the nest material shortly before and after the hatching of the chicks.

The fertility of brown-yellow soil(brown earth)derived from loessi- al parent-materials is mainly determined by its organic matter contents. In order to provide the basis for increasing and maintaining the organic matter levels of brown-yellow soils, the organic matter contents, the indexes of humus composition, the rates of organic nitrogen mineralization and the residual ratios of various organic materials and some crop root materials in these soils were studied in this investigation. Results obtained are as following....

Results obtained are as following. (1)The average organic matter contents of various soil layer in pro- ductive brown-yellow soil were 1.58% for 0-20cm and 1.18% for 20-40cm. The HA/FA ratios of humus in these soil layers were 0.52 and 0.41 respe- ctively. (2)In pot experiments, the mineralization rates of organic nitrogen were 2.56-3.78% for productive soils and 2.35-2.63% for medium and poor ones.In field experiments, this rate was 2.05% and lower than that obtai- ned in pot experiments. (3)The decaying residual ratios of different organic materials,in pot and carborundum tube experiments, were 32-45% for stovers and horse manure. The residual ratio of pigfarm manure being influenced by feed, showed greater variation(16—30%),Fresh green manure was less than 20%.The residual ratios of root materials of different crops measur- ed by carborundum tube method were 30%,26%,33% and 41% for corn, sorghum, soy bean and millet respectively.

Pot experiment was carried out to prove that trichloroacetic acid and chloral can be degraded by heaping and fermenting with manure or compost so that the phosphatic fertilizer containing these compounds may not be toxic to crop seedlings. Factors influencing the rate of degradation are kinds of manure or compost, ratio of the phosphatic fertilizer to the manure or compost, heaping temperature and the level of chloral ( TAC ) in the phosphatic fertilizer. Our experiment showed that a good mixture, in the heap for the degradation of TAC under thermal condition of 40-50℃ are 1 part of phosphatic fertilizer, 4 parts of pig manure, 4 parts of fertile soil, 0.4 part of wood ashes and 0.2 part of ammonium fertilizer. The pH of the compost may be at 6.5-7.0. The degradation process may be accelerated by adding green manure to the heap.A short duration, about one to three weeks was needed for the degradation of TAC to a nontoxic level of the phosphatic fertilizer when heaped in the room. It takes less than 4 weeks in summer and move than 2 months in winter when heaped in the field. It is suggested that microbial activities are the main cause in chloral ( ATC ) degradation.
The influence of several fertilizer structures on phosphorus supplying power and organic phosphorus fractions of the paddy soil in the southeastern area of Hubei province was studied. The results indicated that average values of total P, inorganic available P,labile organic P, and moderately labile organic P in the soils applied by only chemical fertilizers(including calcium superphosphate) were on the low level;in the soils applied by chemical fertilzers (including calcium superphosphate) and green manure,...
