This process does not require the presence of hydrogen thus the process is sim- ple,investiment is reduced and energy consumption is low.RIPP with co- llaboration of Haerbin Refiney bad designed and installed the first commercial unit with a capacity of 20,000 tons per year.This unit was put on stream in November,1984 and has been in operation ever since.In this paper the flow patterns of DSC reactor were determined by using J.C.Charpertier's results on trickle-bed cold mould.The fluid mechanics behavour such as wall effect, back mixing,etc.,were estimated.Factors affecting the efficiency of DSC re- actor were discussed in accordance with the concept of contacting efficiency.

Using a newly-developed high silicon zeolite catalyst (CTL-1), the DSCOP process can selectively crack paraffinic distillate and, at the same time, polymerize C_3- C_4 olefin to produce low pour point diesel fuel, high octane gasoline and LPG mainly containing C_3-C_4. In comparison with distillate selective cracking process (DSC), the equilibrium reaction temperature of DSCOP is 15-20℃ lower while the yield of liquid products is 3-6wt% higher. A commercial unit had been continuously on stream for 323days in...

使用新型高硅沸石催化剂(CTL-1),在进行含蜡馏分油选择裂化的同时,使C_3、C_4烯烃发生非选择性叠合.反应产物为低凝点柴油、高辛烷值汽油及以C_3、C_4为主的液化石油气.与原柴油非临氢降凝工艺相比,过程液收增加3m%以上,平衡反应温度降低15-20℃.工业装置第一周期累计运转了323d,初步验证了该工艺的优点并取得了良好的经济效益.
