However, the research on the design principle and the comp- utation methods concerning this kind of machine are still far from adequate. In the article is presented the analysis of designing problem about Mode1 4.50E-16 Planetaty Cold Rolling-Form Machine manufactured. The chief items for analysis and computation are as follows: 1. The features of the structural design and the mechanical analysis: 2. The kinematic and bearing force analyses of the machine; 3. The computation of the max. oil pressure in the main hydraulic cylinder and the power required for the main electric motor etc., by means of the law of conservation of energy. In conclusion, for the sake of comparing the theoretically computed values with the practical measuring data, a list is also provided, from which we will find that both results are very close to each other.

This paper deals with the micro-structure and characteristics of cold-rolled nodular cast iron parts through high-frequency induc- tion heattreatment after being strengthened by cold rolling, based on three experimental facts which are taken from samples of QT40- 10, QT60-2 , and QT82-1. The paper says, in addition to such factors as casting quality, application and maintenance, the changes in the micro-structure as a result of cold rolling are also one of the predominent factors influencing the fatigue of nodular cast iron parts after being streng- thened by cold rolling. It has been shown by the results of the experiments that the endurance against fatigue of such nodular cast iron parts, as crank shafts, has not been improved greatly, and even reduced, although they have been strengthened by cold rolling. This is probably the result of unproper cold rolling process, damaging the micro- structure. It has been discovered in the experiments that induction heattreatment can be used to improve the above undesired micro- structure after cold rolling, while cold rolling can be used as the pre-treatment procedure in prior to the induction heattreatment.

本文通过QT40—10、QT60—2、QT82—1三种试样经冷滚压与冷滚压后高频感应热处理的显微组织及某些性能的研究,认为:除了铸造质量、使用维护等因素外,冷滚压引起的显微组织,尤其是石墨形貌的变化也是影响冷滚压球铁工件疲劳性能的重要因素。实验结果的分析表明:某些球铁工件,例如曲轴,其疲劳性能虽经轴颈圆角冷滚压强化处理,但有的提高不显著,有的反而下降,则很可能是由于冷滚压工艺不当,引起显微组织恶化所致。研究中还发现:高频感应热处理可以改善冷滚压工艺所造成的不良金相组织,而冷滚压则可作为高频感应热处理的予备处理工艺。

This paper presents a new method of screw machining with the princi-ple of cold roiling. The chipless cold rolling technology has been used in place of traditi-onal screw cutting of special long-pitch screw. We emphasize the calculating method of metal deforming force in thecold rolling of special long-pitch screw, the required cold rolling pressureand the diametre of screw blanks before cold rolling.

应用冷滚压原理,对异型大螺距螺纹加工,采用冷滚压加工无切屑工艺,取代传统热轧和割丝工艺,为螺纹加工创出一条新路。本文着重介绍异型大螺距螺纹冷滚压的金属塑性变形力与所需冷滚压力的计算以及冷滚压前螺纹毛坯直径的计算。
