本模型是根据Coats1980年发表的火烧油层模型经改进研制的三维、三相、两组份、全隐式注蒸汽开采数值模型。考虑了以下因素:1.轻质馏分的蒸馏作用及流体流动时的携热作用;2.油层的非均质、各向异性、传热性;3.温度、压力对流体性质的影响;4.流体及油层的压缩性;5.毛管力、粘滞力、重力;6.井筒及上、下盖层的热损失等。节点序号按“红一黑”排列,形成2循环系数矩阵,求解变量个数可约简一半,有直接解法、多级循环块松弛迭代法。本模型可用于研究一、二、三维,油、汽、水三相,考虑蒸馏作用的蒸汽驱问题及柱座标单井蒸汽吞吐问题,也可计算注冷/热水驱问题。最后,与1985年SPE考题作了对比。

对灵芝多糖的提取工艺进行研究,采用冷、热水、冷、热碱液分别从灵芝菌丝体和子实体中提取灵芝多糖,使多糖获得初步分级。还比较了浸提温度、加水比、浸提次数、提取时间等因素对粗提的影响,选定了适宜的提取工艺,并选用层析法纯化了多糖,使多糖纯度达到96%以上。
