A method for improving the analytical accuracy of low and trace elements in powder mineral and rock samples by AES method has been developed. The synthetic standard is replaced by natural standard. 本文提出了AES法测定粉末状的矿物和岩石中低量和痕量元素分析准确度的改进方法,采用自然标准代替人工模拟合成的标准。实验表明,系统误差得到了降低,分析准确度明显提高。严格控制分析条件和使用具有自动调焦和扣除背景的微机控制的测微光度计,AES法的分析准确度可进一步提高,并接近AAS和ICP-AES方法的准确度。

The experimental results show that there appear two hydrated Mg—borates, MgO·3B_2O_3·7H_2O and MgO·3B_2O_3·7(1/2)H_2O, in all the crystalligation process and the crystalligation kinetic curves of the different hydrated Mg—hexaborates at diffetent given temperatures. At last, the crystallization kinetic equations have been giveil and the crystalligation Reaction mechanisms have beensuggested.

人工模拟合成B_2O_3/MgO=3的过饱和氯化镁溶液,分别在20~60℃恒温条件下,在密封、无外界扰动条件下进行水合六硼酸镁盐结晶动力学实验测定。最后分离固相,经处理后,用化学分析和物理分析法进行物相鉴定。采用计算机对实验数据进行处理,给出相应的结晶动力学方程。根据硼在水盐溶液中是以多粒子形式共存这一结论,提出不同水合六硼酸镁盐的结晶反应机制。

This paper describes rapid XRF determination of tungsten and rhenium contents in W-Re alloy with binary ratio method; the precision of this method is statistically caculated, and the accuracy of analytical results is estimated by checking the recoveray of synthetic binary containing tungsten and rhenium.The apparatus used is PW1600 XRF system, PC386 computer and X40 software packing.

本文叙述二元比例法对钨铼合金中钨和铼的快速分析方法及其特点,对方法的精度作了统计计算,并与强度比对浓度比的α系数校正方法的分析结果做了比较。通过人工模拟的合成试样用回收率计算来验证该方法分析结果的准确度。
