And the experiments about the bearing capacity and noise of middle rigidity tooth flank of point-line meshing gear reducer are made. The analysis and research of the experiment result are carried on. 介绍了一种起重运输机械新型传动装置——点线啮合齿轮减速器 ,并对中硬齿面点线啮合齿轮减速器的承载能力和噪声情况进行了试验 ,对试验的结果进行了分析和研究 ,表明点线啮合齿轮传动和常规的渐开线齿轮传动相比 ,具有承载能力大、强度高、噪声低等优点 ,并且新型减速器的效率可以达到 96%以上 .

Point line meshing gear is a new type of gear. In this article the bearing ability test of hard gear face point-line meshing gear transmission and the trial of noise test are introduced. The result shows that the Point line meshing gear has greater power, lower noise and higher efficiency than the involute gear does.

本文介绍了硬齿面点线啮合齿轮传动的承载能力试验和噪声测定试验的情况。试验结果表明:硬齿面点线啮合齿轮传动和常规的硬齿面渐开线齿轮传动相比,具有承载能力大、强度高、噪声低等一系列优点。
