The equal section display method has been used, and accidenterror in some section and short cycle error don't effect on the findings of measurement. The deformation value has been measured by the distance between the centers of air bubble. The precision of measurement depends on inherent angle value, the sensitivity of levelling instrument, the diameter and the diseance between the electrodes. The transducing levelling instrument can be used for automatic observation on deformation.

The principle of numerical method of finding the effective value of current inspot welding by using the controller of micro-computer,the controlling and measuringdevice,and the related accuracy arc presented in this paper.This paper elaborates thesolving process of peak current and draws an important conclusion that within therange of precision of the micro-computer the ratio of effective value of current I topeak current I_M bears no relation to the power factor of load φ and is only a functionof the angle of current conduction θ of the silicon controlled rectifier.Thus,formulaI/I_M=P(θ) is obtained.The result of this study offers new and viable method for thecontrol and measurement of the effective value of welding current during spot welding.

本文主要介绍了采用微处理机控制器检测电阻点焊焊接电流有效值的数值计算原理、检测装置及其检测精度。文中详细论述了峰值电流的求解方法,并论证了在微处理机精度范围内电流有效值I 与峰值I_M 的比值与负载功率因数角φ无关,而仅是可控硅导通角θ的函数的重要结论。从而得出了I/I_M=P(θ)的函数关系式。此研究成果为电阻点焊焊接电流有效值的检测提供了一种新的可行的方法。
