通过对重载天车走轮的失效形式和原工艺方法的分析,提出了采用高温零保温加热的差温热处理新工艺,并对如何提高走轮的表面硬度、控制心部硬度、防止中心孔氧化及如何选择工艺参数等问题进行了讨论。通过生产试验达到了保证便度、改善组织和淬硬层分布情况、提高使用寿命的目的。实践证明新工艺是一种生产重载天车走轮行之有效的热处理方法。
