In this study, the porosity effect in heterogeneous catalytic reactions was exemplified by investigating disproportionation of natural rosin. Through colloidal impregnation of active metal composition, a high efficient catalyst used for catalytic reactions of rosin had been prepared, in which catalyst metal particles mainly located on the external surface and in the macro pores of charcoal supports. This catalyst got rid of most the “porosity effect” and exhibited improved catalytic activity.

在大分子多相催化反应中 ,由于反应物分子较大 ,使反应分子不能进入固相催化剂的微孔中与活性组分接触 ,因而分布于载体微孔中的活性组分对于大分子的催化反应是无效的。本文报道了用“浸渍胶体”法制备出松香大分子改性用Pd/C催化剂 ,该催化剂活性组分较集中分布于活性炭表面及大孔周围。与传统浸渍法制备的Pd/C催化剂在松香歧化反应中比较 ,新方法制备的催化剂显示出更好的活性 ,克服了松香大分子因“孔效应”造成传统浸渍法制备的Pd/C催化剂中小孔周围的活性组分不能有效使用的缺点。

 松香在新型催化剂(CLC)存在下与醇发生酯化反应,生成加纳色号2~4的浅色松香树脂。对反应前后松香成分分析发现:加入CLC反应后松香中的脱氢枞酸和氢化树脂酸含量从零增加到30%和22%,枞酸型树脂酸含量从86%下降到34%。不加CLC的对照实验中,没有脱氢枞酸和氢化树脂酸生成,枞酸型树脂酸含量变化不大。实验表明CLC在松香酯化反应过程中起了松香歧化反应的催化作用。由于歧化反应,使松香中枞酸型树脂酸含量降低是松香浅色的主要原因。
