But the worst dijfficulty is the poor collapsibility and shake-out properties, that resist its development.In order to conquer this shortcoming through several years researching we used chemical additives, namely, hydrogenated stareh hydrolysates and in-organic dispersed agent, From which we get the improvements of the silicate sand both in as-gassing strength and the residual bond strength after high temperature heating, Immediate compressive strength is more than 8Kg/cm~2, after 72 hours the strength goes up-to 16Kg/cm~2, retained strength is about 5 Kg/cm~2 after roasting with 1100℃Based on materials at home and abrcad, the authors appraise the process economically, The Cost of co_2 and its bonding agent may be economized about 20 %. The other expenses for cleaning is on the decrease, The quality of casting is increased, "water-burst" for removing core may be conceled out, This makes it good condition that the casting willcome into the international maker, so that its benefit will be gratifying.

CO_2水玻璃砂,具有冷硬砂工艺的一系列优点,特别是它的环境污染小、能源消耗少、来源丰富、成本低廉、工艺装备简单、不受铸件大小和批量的限制,在铸造生产中占有重要位置。但是它的溃散性羞、出砂与清砂困难、旧砂回用性差,这些缺点阻碍它的发展。我们经几年研究,采取加入SH水玻璃改良剂及无机溃散剂,在实验实与生产中均取得良妤的效果。它的立即抗压强度大于8Kg/Cm~2,存放24小时后可上升到16kg/Cm~2左右。而经1100℃焙烧后的残留强度,均小于5Kg/Cm~2 文中参考国外资料及国内现厂实迹数据。对经济效益作了粗略估计每吨铸件Co_2及粘结剂直接成本可节约20%,其它清理费用的减少、铸件质量的提高、水爆清砂可以取消、为铸件打入国际市场创造了有利条件,其经济效益是可观的。

Based on the experimental results of orthogonalizing tests, the bydraulic futtling and heat treatment of the cylinder head castings made of ZL104 aluminium alloy are presented. By this process, the production period will be cut short and energy consumption saves on.

介绍了按正交试验法得出的ZL104铝合金气缸盖水爆清砂及热处理工艺。采用该工艺可以缩短生产周期,节省能源。

Immersing shakeout is a new shakeout method to be finished in water (at about 300℃) for steel casting cast in silicate bonded sand mould with YK-I breakdown agents, The experiment shows that this method had favored to reduce the residual stress of castings and lower the crack formation tendency as well as reduce the vibration and noise, so as to improve the working enviornments as compared water-explosion shakeout.

水浴清砂是利用YK—1型溃散剂水玻璃砂造型、制芯、使铸件在300℃左右入水完成清砂作业的一种清砂方法。与水爆清砂相比,由于入水温度比水爆温度明显降低(300℃左右),铸件残余应力大大下降,有利于提高铸件质量;减少震动;降低噪音,改善了工作环境;具有较大的经济效益和社会效益。该法已在铁道部株洲车辆工厂铸钢车间应用。铁道部正在组织推广。
