Abstract Amino-silicone renders fabrics supersoft handle, but it has such drawbacks as yellowing and lowabsorbency. Introducing the optimal amino group into its branched chain, the result of after treatment has been sub-stantially improved. Its softening mechanism, characteristics, synthetic method and microemulsifying technique were discussed in brief.

Aminopolysilicone was synthesized under base catalysis with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and aminoethylaminopropyl dimethoxysilane(KBM-602). Then, the resultant product was emulsified, thus obtained aminopolysilicone microemulsion softener. The softening finishing of the fabric was performed and factors leading yellowing investigated. Under the preconditions of without changing fundamental materials or lowering softening properties or raising the cost, yellowing of the softener was considerably reduced...

Under the preconditions of without changing fundamental materials or lowering softening properties or raising the cost, yellowing of the softener was considerably reduced by adjusting proportion ratio, improving process conditions of polymerization and adding additives.

采用八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷(KBM -602),在碱性催化剂作用下合成氨基聚硅酮,经乳化制得氨基聚硅酮微乳液柔软剂.研究了进行织物柔软整理时产生泛黄的原因,在不改变基本原料、不降低柔软性和不增加成本的前提下,采取调整配比、改进聚合工艺条件和加入添加剂等方法,明显减少了泛黄性.
