The corporeal tissue from potent group showed smooth muscle cells surrounded by bassal lamina, interstitial matrix and blood vessels. Two adjacent normal smooth muscle cells were usually separated from each other by 2 distinct basal laminar layers. The cytoplasm of the normal smooth muscle cells contained an abundance of electron-opaque contractile filaments and dense bodies.In the impotence group,the smooth muscle cells showed degendration, mitochondrial swelling, mitochondrial crista reducede and a broken membrane. The contracile filaments was reduced or disappearea.

阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞超微结构的改变对阴茎勃起功能具有重要的意义。以阳萎患者与对照组对比研究的方法,观察了阳萎患者阴茎海绵体组织细胞超微结构改变。结果表明,阳萎阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞超微结构有明显的病理改变,以线粒体退变、微丝减少或消失、内质网损害扩张、糖原缺乏等为主,也可见到微血管腔闭塞的现象,提示局部有微循环障碍的问题。引起这种病理损害的原因可能与局部组织缺血缺氧有关。认为海绵体组织的这种病理改变可能是引起阳萎的直接因素之一。

目的研究降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和硝普钠(SNP)对阴茎组织和血管的舒张效应及其抑制反应。方法离体组织灌流法。结果CGRP对犬阴茎勃起组织具有不同程度的舒张效应,其作用可为左旋硝基精氨酸(L-NNA)和亚甲蓝(MB)大部分抑制;SNP具有更强烈的舒张效应,但仅为MB抑制,不为L-NNA抑制。结论CGRP舒张阴茎海绵体平滑肌和阴茎血管的作用可能部分地通过左族精氨酸-一氧化氮-环磷酸乌苷通路而实现。
