This paper firstly investigates the factors which affect the performance of electronically controled single point fuel injection (SPI) engine and the optimization of cyclic oil volume.
An electronic control system for throttle body fuel injection automotive engines has been designed and developed by using a model 8031 of series MCS-51 monolithic processor.
A microcomputer control system of combustion feedback for gasoline injection and ignition control is presented in this paper. The combustion pressure which directly reflects the combustion process is taken as the feedback signal in this system. The feedback control for two control parameters can be realized by using a pressure sensor and the adaptive control method is adopted.
This papel firstly investigates some key problems of electronic control system and optimization of fuel delivery per Cycle to model SY492 Q-4 engine. The engine has been retrofied successfully with single-point gasoline injection (SPI), and the SPI engine test has been carried out on AVL high precision test bed system.
