3 The best suitable reaction system of ISSR includes 2.5 mmolL~-1 Mg~(2+) , 10 mmol·L~(-1) 'dNTP, 10 mmol·L~(-1) primer, 1 ×Taq DNA polymerase buffer, and 45 ng template DNA in a total volume of 20 μL. ISSR-PCR reaction system of birch was performed.
The results showed that in this watershed, the optimal vegetation structure should be 24.86% of natural birch forest, 16.30% of natural Dahurian birch forest, 44.49% of natural broadleaved mixed forest, 10.88% of larch plantation, and 3.47% of grassland.
however, only 0.2 g/ml of white birch leaf aqueous extracts had inhibition on radicel growth (p<0.05), and that germination percentage and index of larch seeds were inhibited significantly by 0.1 g/ml of white birch leaf extracts (p<0.05);
The experiment also indicates that the distribution of contents of total phenol was opposite: in white birch, lower parts were higher and in European White Birch, upper parts were higher.
Radicel and embryo length of larch were inhibited significantly by 0.2 g/ml of bark aqueous extracts and white birch leaf volatiles. 0.01 g/mk 0.1 g/ml and 0.2 g/ml of white birch bark aqueous extracts all had inhibitory effects on radicel growth (p<0.05);
survival percent in 3-years survival percent separately is 93.8% White Birch, 82.7% Manchurian Ash, 93.2% Dragon Spruce, 88.1% Larch, average survival percent is 89.5%;
The difference between highest and lowest monthly mean values is about 72% in Broad-leaved Korean Pine forest,73% in Asian white birch forest,26% in David poplar forest,56% in Spruce-fir forest,and 144% in Ermans Birch forest.
The result shows that the mixed plantation of artificial pure larch plantation and Asian white birch natural forest can quicken the decomposition speed of larch litter, alleviate the contradiction between litter accumulation and litter decomposition, improve the environmental condition of forest land, increase the amount of soil microbe, therefore improve the quality of forest land and promote stand increment.
The stress of surface layer of small_diameter Asian White Birch(Betula platyphylla)timber with consecution_heat and intermittent_heating(intermittent 2 h and intermittent 6 h)was discussed.
In order to find this density series, depended upon the data of 200 plots and 391 stem analysis trees for natural forest of Asian white birch (Betula platyphylla )collected in Daxing'an Mountains, of Inner Mongolia, making stand density(N) as control variable, stand volume as state variable, the maximum of total of each period's thinning yield as target function, using the method of dynamic program, the optimal density model of various periods for Betula platyphylla was deduced.
Under the CGCM1 scenario,the coverage of Larix gmelinii,Betula platyphylla,Picea jezoensis,Abies nephrolepi and Pinus koraiensis decreased 99.2%,89.9%,85.9%,83.2% and 4.9%,respectively;
2. Leaf explants of Betula platyphalla directly formed adventitious shoots from wound regions within 1 month; when cultured on IS+ (10.0~15.0mg/L) BA+0.5mg/L KT +2%sucrose for 20 days and then transferred to IS+0.4mg/L BA+2%sucrose medium for 10 days.
The conclusions were as follows:1.The medium IS+ (3~5mg/L) BA+ 0.5mg/L KT +2%sucrose was the most suitable medium for the induction of callus of Betula platyphalla; The induction rate exceeds 80%.
koraiensis virgin forest amounted to 98168 mm during a growing season (May to September), which was 19.6 per cent of the total rainfall and 1.3 times that of a secondary Betula platyphylla forest.
Quercus liaotungensis, Syringa oblata, Populus davidiana, Prunus davidiana, Betula platyphylla and Toxicodendron vernicifluum can be occasionally found in the tree layer and shrub species are abundant.
The dominant tree species in the home ranges of Narcissus Flycatchers is Dahurian Birch (Betula dahurica), whereas Manchurian Walnut (Juglans mandshurica) is the dominant tree species in the home ranges of Yellow-rumped Flycatchers.
