According to the problems with state monitor and failure diagnosis for equipment in operation in some enterprises,the authors point out that some things with regard to failure diagnosis must be considered for obtaining the best financial profit, including whether simple or precision diagnosis should be used according to the concrete conditions of equipment which focal points should be particularly monitored,and how to get the monitored data efficiently.
