Here is the first one of a series of papers which put forward a new theory to process tensor's data about the position of targets. Basing on the analysis theory, it almost is another one parallel with the old developed from statistic theory. The difference at the beginning makes it has many new features and methods beyond that which can be expected, for example, it is able to recognizes the movement model of the targets, to provide the exact range in which the real position of the target is, to fuse the azimuth...

Here is the first one of a series of papers which put forward a new theory to process tensor's data about the position of targets. Basing on the analysis theory, it almost is another one parallel with the old developed from statistic theory. The difference at the beginning makes it has many new features and methods beyond that which can be expected, for example, it is able to recognizes the movement model of the targets, to provide the exact range in which the real position of the target is, to fuse the azimuth information from a sensor with information from other sensors. The contents of the series can divided into four parts,the first one, being here, defines the problem and abstract the key technologies, the next will show the theory to deal with all these technologies, the third will be providing with the analysis theory processing tensor's data about the space position of targets, the final will be giving simulation results of the way discussed in the series and that of that used today,and the complement of both.
