The running result shows that when the influent COD is 1 800-2 200 mg/L,the effluent COD will be 160-300 mg/L,reaching II-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
Coagulation/hydrolytic acidification/aerobic movable bed bio-film process was used for surfactant wastewater treatment. The running result shows that in the process,the removal rate of COD,BOD_5,SS,LAS,and TCC-TCS is averaged respectively at 92.7%,95.3%,91.3%,96.9%,and 100%,with effluent quality up to II-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996).
The pilot test result showed that when the volume and load of HABR are controlled at 1~2 kgCOD/(m~3·d) in treatment of municipal wastewater,COD removal can come up to 70%~80%,and effluent COD and SS concentration can achieve II-grade criteria specified in <Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard>(GB 8978—1996).
The average COD removal rate of the treatment process was high up to 90%. The mean BOD_5 of the effluent was about 36 mg/L,and its SS and CN~-concentrations were lower than 30 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L,respectively,which can meet the II series demand of the"Integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996)".
The experimental results show that under the conditions without adjusting the pH,with the amount of the fly ash of 0.05 g/mL,the reaction time of 60 min,and the temperature of 25 ℃,the efficiency for fly ash to remove arsenic from industrial wastewater is 87.0%,and the quality indexes of the wastewater after treatment conform with the integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-1996).
When inlet CODcr density of actual coking wastewater is 2214mg/L, retention period of hydrolytic acidification is 12h, aerobic aeration period is 18h and outlet CODcr density obtained from intermittent dynamic test is 172mg/L, the removing ratio of CODcr is up to 92.23%, satisfying comprehensive sewage effluent standard (GB8978-96).

Chemical fiber tail wastewater was treated by facultative anaerobe-PACT process, when the influent COD was 250~450mg/L,the effluent COD≤100mg/L and removal rate reached to over 80%; various indexes could meet the first class standard in the national Sewage Comprehensive Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).

The treated wastewater can meet the requirements of standard III of the comprehensive wastewater discharge standard(GB9878-1996) when the reaction time is 30 minutes at 300 ℃ or reaction time is 60 minutes at 280 ℃.
