RESULTS After hyperkalemic solution or hyperkalemic solution with nicorandil exposure, the A 23187 induced relaxation was 32.8%±9.1% and 72.6%±16.9% under hypothermia, respectively. (n=8 each group, P<0.01, unpaired t test).
