In connection with Siemens early PLC system used in the Steel Tubes & Pipes Branch Works of Baoshan Iron & Steel General Plant,this paper analyzes the development processes of the I/O contact mouth status monitoring system and the distribution of the network system. The paper also presents the functions of the softwares and the flow diagrams as well as the tested data curves of the production spot experiment etc.
This new forming process overcomes the shortcomings like the cracking in the mouth, bending on the flange and hard to demold with the advantages of simple operation, high quality and suitable for a wide range of application, especially for those parts with large height,difficulty to turnover the edge.
