    The energy levels and spectrum of electron-stratonium are discussed by using the Dirac equation, the standard relativistic quantum mechanics equation, emphasis being laid on the analysis of the isotopic and relativistic effects on the spectral mass due to the difference in mass of the stratons. Finally, the possibility of searching for the free stratons by resolving the strange straton atom-the electron-stratonium is discussed.
