    Due to the shortcomings of winding method with constant tension, the winding method with varied tension is usually used in the prestressed wire-winded frame. The merit of the latter is the uniformity of wire stress on different layers. The winding method with varied tension, which is taken nowadays has neglected the fact that under certain conditions the distributions of wires' working stresses are not uniform, so it is not able to achieve equal strength design.     Due to the shortcomings of winding method with constant tension, the winding method with varied tension is usually used in the prestressed wire-winded frame. The merit of the latter is the uniformity of wire stress on different layers. The winding method with varied tension, which is taken nowadays has neglected the fact that under certain conditions the distributions of wires' working stresses are not uniform, so it is not able to achieve equal strength design. Based on the analysis of the influence of frame dimension, tonnage and frictional force on the distribution of wires' working stresses, the suitable winding methods with varied tension for different frames are given in this paper, i. e. the type A and type B: (1) Type A: This type is suitable for frame with long column but less layers of wire, under such conditions, the irregular distributions of wires' working stresses can be neglected. (2) Type B: This type is suitable for frame with short column but more layers of wire. The discriminant to select the winding method with varied tension and the formulas and charts for calculating working stresses, which makes the design more simple and reasonable are also given in this paper. Finally, the various formulas for calculating wire stresses are based on the experimental data, so they possess certain reliability. The derived formulas for calculating working stresses are also compared with foreign materials.

    由于等张力缠绕的缺点,予应力钢丝缠绕机架一般均采用变张力缠绕。其优点是各层钢丝的应力趋于一致,钢丝层的设计接近等强设计。目前采用的变张力缠绕方法,不考虑钢丝工作应力,在某些条件下分布不均匀的特点,因而往往达不到等强设计的目的。本文具体分析了机架尺寸、吨位、摩擦力对钢丝工作应力分布的影响,提出了适合不同机架的变张力缠绕方法,即A型和B型变张力缠绕: (1)A型:适合立柱较长,钢丝层数较少的机架,此时可以不考虑钢丝工作应力分布的不均匀性; (2)B型:适合立柱较短,钢丝层数较多的机架 本文还提出了选择变张力缠绕方法的判别式,及计算工作应力的公式和图表,使变张力设计较为简捷和合理。 本文提出的各种钢丝应力计算公式是以实测数据为依据,因而具有一定的可靠性。本文还将推导的工作应力计算公式与国外资料对比分析。

    In this paper we calculated the temperature fields of high temperature and high pressure vessel by finite element method, and discussed the influences of various factors on the temperature fields.     In this paper we calculated the temperature fields of high temperature and high pressure vessel by finite element method, and discussed the influences of various factors on the temperature fields. The calculation results showed that in order to obtain rather homogeneous temperatures in the rock sample it is necessary to select suitable length of the heater and the appropriate winding. In order to decrease the temperature of internal sides of the vessel and the power expense, it is very important to improve the design of the insulator. The results of the calculation for the unstable state pointed out the relationships between the heated rate, the time occurred and the value of maximum temperature difference in the rock sample. At the same time, we obtained results from the analog method by means of resistance network. The results were compared with that of the finite element method, and they are in good agreement.

    本文采用有限单元法计算了高温高压容器的温度场,对各种因素进行了分析比较。计算结果表明,为了在岩样内得到均匀的温度场,必须正确地选取电热器长度和电热丝的绕制方式;为了降低简体内壁温度和减少功率消耗,应当改善隔热层的设计。非稳态计算结果指出了加热速率与岩样内最大温差出现的时间和数值的关系。本文同时给出了电阻网络模拟方法所得到的结果,并与有限单元计算结果进行了比较,两者是一致的。

    When the upper and/or lower panels of the loading box of the aircraft wing or tail are made of the fiber reinforced composite laminates, they can frequently be simplified as a non-moment plate. This paper introduces an optimum design (i. e. minimum weight design) procedure of the laminated plate on static failure strength condition. This paper introduces an optimum design (i. e. minimum weight design) procedure of the laminated plate on static failure strength condition. The mathematical tool used in the procedure is Lagrangian Multiplier method, and the static failure strength condition is adopted as Hill-Tsai criteria or Norris criteria.The formulae for optimum design have been not only derived, but also reformed to be convenient for the computer. How to establish the ultimate strength of laminates is discussed in detail. An example, illustrating the solution procedure and how to select the optimum scheme of lamination design, is presented in the paper. Some technical problems are briefly discussed in the last part.At the stage of the preliminary structural design, this procedure can be considered as an engineering method of lamination optimum design for the loading panel of laminated composite, which works under tension or compression (assuming that the buckling failure would not occur).

    飞机翼面结构受力盒段的上下壁板若采用纤维增强复合材料叠层板则经常可简化为无矩叠层板;本文介绍这种叠层板按静力破坏条件的一种铺层优化设计方法。本法所用的数学工具为拉格朗日乘子法,采用的静力破坏条件为Hill-Tsai判据或Norris判据。对于铺层优化设计要用的公式进行了推导并且为了便于应用电子计算机对所得的公式进行了相应的改造。 关于叠层板极限强度的确定,文中也作了较仔细的探讨。为了具体说明本法的解题步骤以及如何选出铺层设计的优化方案举出了一个数例。文章的最后对几个技术问题进行了简要的讨论。 在结构打样设计阶段,对于翼面结构中处于拉伸或压缩受载(在不发生屈曲失稳破坏的条件下)情况下的复合材料壁板,本法可作为其铺层优化设计的一种工程方法。
