发送器是气动自动装置中一个很重要部分,但是目前还十分薄弱。因此气动发送器的研究工作在国内外都引起有关方面的极大重视。热偶型温度发送器中,通常在电一气转换部分都用折皺管作为反馈元件,该元件刚度及迟滞较大,这就不得不提高补偿元件中的作用力到数十克以致数百克力。这样在电一气转换器前必须放置前置电子放大器,使结构复杂化。在热偶型温度发送器中引入空气射流力作为补偿力,就根除了上述反馈元件的刚度、迟滞和磨擦的影响,大大提高了补偿系统的灵敏度。这样就有可能直接把通用热电偶的热电势直接转变成气压信号,而不再需要前置电子放大器[1]。本文是作者在刘豹付教授指导下作的研究工作的一部分,旨在实验基础上探索以空气射流力为补偿力的气动热电偶高温发送器的设计与计算方法。

In order to get high lift, a complex aerodynamical aerofoil contour with leading-edge slot and trailing-edge flap or even double-slotted flap is usually adopted in design of aircraft. But up to now, the design of high lift system has been relied on an enormous amount of expensive and time-cousuming wind-tunnel testing. In this paper, we presented a theoretical method taking account of the effect of viscous flow. At first we calculate the multi-component airfoil in inviscid flow by using Wilkinson's improved method of Martenson's. After having gotten the local velocity distribution, we calulated boundary layer of the airfoil from laminar to turbulent boundary layer, from the begining leading-edge stagnation to the trailing-edge. After having gotten displacement thickness of boundary layer δ_1, we add this viscous effect to modify the geometrical contour of airfoil. Then, by the iteration between the inviscid solution for multi-component airfoil and boundary lager, we get the viscous pressure distribution at last. All calculations have been programmed in ALGOL. Some of the theoretical results are fairly in agreement with the testing results and other authors' theoretical results.

在飞机设计中,为了得到高的升力,经常利用前缘缝翼和后缘衿翼这种复杂的气动力外形。但是目前的设计仍主要依靠大量风洞试验,既费时又花钱。本文提供一个计及粘性影响的理论计算方法。首先用Wilkinson对Martcnson的改进方法计算无粘性流下的多元翼型,得出当地速度分布作为当地外流条件;然后进行从驻点开始的自层流到紊流的计算,得到附面层位移厚度δ_1后,再计入这个粘性影响,修正翼型的几何外形;利用多元翼型无粘性解与附面层之间的迭代技术最后得到粘性解。 本法巳编制了ALGOL计算机程序,计算结果与试验结果及其它理论结果比较,吻合得较好。
