Results The CD55,CD59,RBC and WBC were decreased obviously and 100% sucrose hemolysis test,96% Ham and 91% Rous those degrees were negative with CD55 and CD59.Conclusion This method combined with classical method might supplement to improve the diagnostic rate of PNH.
