The author applied the MATLAB to linear regression and optimization for the relation between the rolled technological parameter and function of material. The result is useful for establishing the on line control expert system for the relation between rolled technological parameter an organize and function. The function of material according to the chemical composition and the rolled technological parameter can be predicted,so it is an important basis for adjusting the rolled technological parameter timely.
