连续激光束照射化学增强的细菌视紫红质膜。当照射强度大于某一定值 ,光束产生强的自散焦效应。通过这个效应可以实现高斯光束的自整形。本文讨论了入射光以及 b R膜的各项参数对透过光束强度的横向轮廓的影响
