The absolute efficiencies were calibrated between 60-3500keV for Ge(Li) detector by using 75Se, 152Eu, 56Co and calibrated sources 113mIn, 60Co. Cubic spline function have been served as functional fit to interpolate the 33 experimental points. The uncertaincy in absolute photopeak efficiency is within 4%.

Using a high purity Ge spectrometer with time selection, we have measured the continuous y ray energy spectrum from the 3S1 positronium 3γ decay in the 300-510 keV energy region. The result is in agreement within the experimental error with the quantum electrodynamic theoretical calculation.

用具有时间选择功能的高纯锗γ能谱仪测量了~3S_1态电子偶素3γ衰变放出的连续γ能谱的300—510keV能区。结果表明,在实验误差范围内与量子电动力学理论曲线一致。

A monochromatic X-ray generator of low and medium energy has been developed. The X-ray fluorescences are produced by bremsstrahlung excited atoms and are filtered by absorption edge.The intensity,purity and correspondent dose rates at four energy points in the range of 5-25keV are determined experimentally, so the generator can be used for the purpose of calibration.

利用轫致辐射激发原子产生X射线荧光,经吸收边过滤,研制成单色低中能X射线发生器。实验给出5—25keV能区的4个单能点的强度、纯度以及相应的剂量率,可供刻度使用。
