Mathematical morphology is associated with order statistics in the view of fuzzyset theory and fuzzy morphology is founded.We introduce the concept of percentileoperation of fuzzy sets,demonstrate a series of algebrical,geometrical and statisticalproperties of the percentile operation,and prove the identical relationship betweenpercentile operation and order filtering for discrete fuzzy sets.One of the applicationsof fuzzy morphology is briefly illustrated.

This paper puts forward to a multi- structure element technique for morphological shape decomposition. Its performances are beffer than single ones'. The basis of the method proposed relies upon the generaton of set of non-over lapping segments of an image via repeated basic morphological operations. The maximum core decomposition is chosen to guarantee the uniqueness. The searching scheme for optimal decomposition is based on heuristic search strategy. 本文提出一种使用多结构元素对形状进行形态分解技术,它具有比单结构元素分解更好的效果。本文基于对二值图象进行重复的基本的形态运算,产生一组非重叠子集达到分解目的;分解过程中使用了最大形态核方法以保证结果的唯一性;启发式搜索技术被用于寻找最优分解策略;本文最后还讨论了二值图象的形态变换编码方法,计算结果已显示出多结构元素技术的优越性。
