目前,饭店业员工较高的流动比例已成为制约饭店业发展的制肘。员工的满意度是饭店稳定发展的基础,同时也是饭店人力资源管理的中心。本文在吸收已有研究成果的基础上,以管理学中的全过程管理理念为指导,从员工满意度的概念、内涵等方面着手,对员工的全过程实行动态追踪管理,以提升员工的满意度。
