According to the matrix theory of comminution, which involves the concepts of the classification matrix and breakage matrix, the mathematical models of roll crushers and rotary breakers of coal preparation plants have been investigated in this paper.For the roll crusher model, the classification matrix is expressed by a certain equation. According to the matrix theory of comminution, which involves the concepts of the classification matrix and breakage matrix, the mathematical models of roll crushers and rotary breakers of coal preparation plants have been investigated in this paper.For the roll crusher model, the classification matrix is expressed by a certain equation. The breakage matrix is developed firstly by a single particle pendulum breakage test, and then by a computing calculation for the test data using a multidimensional cubic spline regression technique.The rotary breakage involves three subprocesses:prescreening, crushing and, rescreening. The prescreening and rescreening suoprocesses are represented by a simple efficiency curve model. Modelling the crushing subprocess uses the same concept as the roll crusher model, but needs more assumptions. The feed of the rotary breaker is considered to be divided into two components( "coal" and "ash"). These two components have the same classification function but different breakage function. They are also selected for breakage at different rates. The crushing and rescreening subprocesses repeat for several stages.The above two models have been tested using a number of industrial experimental data. Ultra-fine comminuting mica with high pressure water jet is a practicaltechnique for ultra-fine mica comminution, which can satisfy the demand of pearly micapowder,protecting the sheet structure and mica glossiness. 利用前混合磨料射流的工作原理,进行了高压水射流超细粉碎云母的实验研究。实验结果表明:喷嘴对云母有粉碎作用,喷嘴直径可以小于云母给料粒度;压力是影响高压水射流超细粉碎效果的最重要参数,在压力为10—50MPa范围内,细粒度产率随压力增加呈直线上升;给料粒度越小,粉碎产品中细粒度的产率越高;水射流超细粉碎在淹没状态下比在非淹没状态下粉碎效果好;高压水射流超细粉碎云母粉,不但能够满足珠光云母粉的细度要求,而且能够保护云母的片状结构和晶面光泽度;高压水射流超细粉碎技术是一种较实用的超细粉碎云母技术。 The effects of composite stearate grinding aids acting on high blast furnace slag is studied in this paper. The mechanism of action of grinding aids is investigated by means of IR, SEM and with the concept of erosion index. The results show that the grinding aids are adsorbed chemically on the surface of slag and make positive effects on comminution. The proposed mechanism of action of grinding aids involves two aspects: The grinding aids decrease fracture strength of the particle surface zone and improve attrition... The proposed mechanism of action of grinding aids involves two aspects: The grinding aids decrease fracture strength of the particle surface zone and improve attrition in grinding; In addition, thegrinding aids reduce agglomeration of the fine particles in grinding. 考察复合硬脂酸盐助磨剂对高炉矿渣的助磨效果,引用磨蚀指数概念及IR,SEM等测试手段研究助磨剂作用机理.结果表明:复合硬脂酸盐动磨剂在矿渣表面产生化学吸附,并对矿渣有较好助磨效果.助磨制作用机理涉及两个方面,一是助磨剂降低了颗粒表面的断裂强度,强化了物料的表面粉碎作用;二是减少了粉磨过程中颗粒的团聚.
