Using thermal simulation technique, the weldability of adual-phase steel under CO_2 gas shielding is investigated. The experiment results show that, in the simulated HAZ of this steel, at the position where the peak temperature of the thermal cycle is about 600℃, the structure becomes softened. This is due to the softenning of the ferrite and the releasing of the internal stress caused by the high tempering of martensite. 本文采用热模拟技术,对热轧双相钢的二氧化碳气体保护焊焊接性能进行了研究。结果发现,热轧双相钢焊接热影响区在热循环峰值温度为600℃左右处发生软化,其原因与马氏体高温回火使内应力释放及铁素体软化有关,但其抗拉强度仍大于600 MPa,本文初步证明了热轧双相钢CO_2气体保护焊的可行性。
