     In this study, we investigated the potential of adding chitosan chelating agent bearing sulfhydryl group (SCTA-Ⅰ) to Pb-contaminated soils to increase Pb accumulated in plants. Results showed that the total concentration of Pb in soil solution and xylem sap significantly increased after the addition of SCTA-Ⅰ. The addition of SCTA-Ⅰ to a Pb- contaminated soil increased shoot and root Pb concentration of corn.

江苏省境内滨海盐土和花碱土是两类成因不同、盐碱性状有别的盐碱土。在脱盐过程中由于盐分组成发生变化,pH 值在滨海盐土中先增后减,花碱土中单一减小,但两者的 pH 值的变化都受溶液中 Ca~(2+)浓度所控制。脱盐过程中,盐渍土中的 Na~+的淋失速度比 Ca~(2+)快,因此,无论是滨海盐土还是花碱土的钠吸附比和碱化度都下降.当土壤盐分 F 降到0.02%左右时,原来的滨海盐土和花碱土的溶液盐分组成都变为以 CaHCO_3为主,pH 值一般下降到8.5以下,碱化度下降到5%以下,成为非盐碱化的潮土.

复合堵剂各组分的协同作用可极大地提高堵剂封堵效果。为此,研究了粘土聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)复合堵剂的积累膜堵水机理及其影响因素,考察了试验温度、玻璃片表面性质和电解质以及HPAM质量分数等因素。对积累膜形成的影响研究结果表明:①经HPAM钠土溶液和钠土交替处理的硅酸盐表面,有积累膜形成;②温度降低,粘土、聚丙烯酰胺浓度提高和配制用水的矿化度增加以及硅酸盐表面不带油膜等因素,均有利于积累膜的形成。这些结果可为实际应用复合堵剂提供依据。
