The optimum conditions for laccase production by Neurospora crassa were as follows:20 g/L glucose as carbon sources,2 g/L ammonium nitrate as nitrogen source and2.8 μmol/L cycloheximide added after static cultivation for 2～3 days,the highest activity of laccase reached 4～5 u/mL through 6～7 days'induction.
