对使用361炉后的鞍铜平炉炉顶镁铝砖进行了分带化学分析、硝酸铵溶液处理、X射线物相分析、岩相鉴定及气孔率、体积密度、真比重、第Ⅰ带的耐火度、低熔物出现温度和热膨胀等物理性质测定。 根据研究结果,对镁铝砖在使用过程中段带的形成、损毁过程和氧化铝的作用等问题提出了商榷意见。指出镁铝砖与镁铬砖具有不同的损毁过程。

This article described the principle and the processes on thepreparation of potassium nitrate from ammonium nitrate and potassium chloride.The quantitative calculations of proess chosen are given. The experiments arearranged by orthogonal layont. The experimental results are discused. Thebetter process parameters of the preparation of potassium nitrate are obtained.

A process of electrolytic stripping, selected on the basis of large numbers of experiments and being able to be applied to strip Cu,Ni and Cr coatings is introduced. Electrolyte composition, operating conditions, mechanism of the electrode reaction and advantages to effects, cost and waste treatment are described. The electrolyte consists of NH_4NO_3 (as main salt), NH_4SCN, which is used to make the solution easier to pene trate the anode surface, and LFH, an agent to prevent base metal from excessive corrosion....

The process has been put into continuous stripping for more than five months with a bath of 3,000L working in three ahifts, and it is proved that the new process can replace chemical stripping by HNO_3 completely.(p.19—20)

本文介绍了作者经过大量试验选出的适合于Cu、Ni与Cr镀层的电解退镀工艺,包括配方、操作条件、电极反应过程机理以及在效果、成本与三废治理方面的优越性。配方由硝酸铵,硫氰酸铵和LFH组成,硝酸铵为主盐。LFH防止基底金属过腐蚀,硫氰酸铵使溶液在阳极表面易于渗透。用该工艺于3,000L大槽三班制连续退镀5个月,证明完全可以取代硝酸。
