The spontaneous combustion and explosion of AN-based explosives lies the crux of safety problem of in the presence of sulphidic minerals and high ambient temperature. An intensive study will undoubtedly be helpful to revealing the initial ignition cause, development procedure and inevitable rule of such spontaneous combustion and explosion, and theneby a correct technical approach can be found to solve the problem. At present time, the most promising method is presumably to inhibit chemically the decomposition reaction of the explosive. In this paper, the authors have synthesized the major achievements at home and abroad on the above mentioned problems and put forward their own points of view to consult with colleagues in this field.

通过实验室试验,作者探求了高温硫化矿中硝铵炸药产生自燃、自爆的条件及各种影响因素,解释了自燃自爆的原因。作者认为:硫化矿中硝酸铵炸药产生自燃、自爆的主要原因是矿石中可溶性铁离子的存在,其含量愈高,PH值愈小;水分是硝铵炸药产生自爆的一个重要条件,矿石中的FeS_2含量、矿石温度也是引起自燃、自爆的因素。

In this paper the cyclic nitro-amine hexogen has beensynthesized from such linear nitro-amine as BSX in ammonium nitrate--nitricacid, and it is suggested that the second molecular hexogen be composed of thelinear nitro-amine. An analysis is given to the mechanism of the low temperatureand high temperature reaction in the "K-Method".

本文对在硝酸铵溶液中由BSX等线状硝铵合成环状硝铵黑索今,提出了由线状硝铵生成第二分子黑索今的观点。对于“K—法”中低温及高温阶段的反应作了分析。
