管柱基础是世界上最新的深基础施工方法。我国首创地成功地在武汉长江大桥釆用后,很快得到了广泛的应用。但大型管柱在深的复盖层和不同地质条件下进行震动下沉时,管壁中应力分布状态,还不清楚,因而用作设计依据的资料,也个够充分和可靠。为了解决这个问题,我院桥隧系同其他协作单位,在郑州黄河大桥工程进行中,对大型管柱(φ3.6M)在深复盖层下震动下沉时,管壁应力分布状态,进行了有系统的试验和研究,发现了一些问题,得到了一些成果,对今后大型管柱设计及进一步的应力试验和研究,打下了有益的和良好的基础。本文就是这次试验研究的中间报告。

锚喷支护作为永久衬砌在我国铁路隧道中的应用已有十几年的历史。在不同地质条件下,经受了长时期地层压力、列车振动、气溫变化等影响的考验,到目前为止95.6%以上的区段是好的和比较好的,未发生过任何严重病害。通过多次现场试验也证明:锚喷支护要比普通现浇混凝土衬砌的支护能力在相同条件下要大得多。本文按岩体结构特征,将围岩分成整体状、块状、层状、软弱围岩四种不同情况,分别论述锚喷支护的受力机制和设计原理。本文着重介绍了普济隧道在软弱围岩条件下的施工实例。实践表明:锚喷支护在施工进度、安全生产、工程造价等方面表现出很大优越性。锚喷支护的出现,从实践上解决了将围岩与支护作为统一结构体的概念去处理地下工程的支护问题。它的某些作用原理,将在今后改善已有支护结构及发展新型支护的过程中发挥深远的影响。

本文是702长江大桥在深水几种不同地质条件下采用双壁钢围堰钻孔基础的初步总结。它是一种好的新施工方法。过去在长江上修建基础均受施工水位的限制,因而工期较长,而新施工方法基本上不受施工水位变化的限制,在简化施工工序、缩短工期方面有了新的突破,达到了在长江上仅用一年甚至更短的时间可修建一个基础的新水平。同时此新施工方法的结构简单,基础结构布置比较合理。
