Na_2O,MgO,Al_2O_3,SiO_2,P_2O_5,SO_3,K_2O,CaO,TiO_2,MnO and Fe_2O_3 in cement and cement clinker were determined by wavelength dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectrometer.
Based on the empirical formula of refractive index with the change of wavelength, the relation curves among the focal length of diffractive optical lens, material dispersion, wavelength dispersion and aperture factor are obtained by using the selfprogramming emulating package.
A study on the performances of wavelength-dispersive position sensitive spectrometer with a flat crystal (PSS) using micro-synchrotron radiation light beam (μ-SRL) as exciting source was made.
The phosphorus rock sample is fused with the flux mixture of Li2B4O7 and LiBO2 at the mass ratio of 12∶22 for the preparation of a speciment of glass bead and then P2O5,CaO,Fe2O3,Al2O3,MgO and SiO2 in the speciment are determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.
Flux 12∶22(Li 2B 4O 7∶LiBO 2 =12∶22) was used to melt the flouspar sample in this thesis,and CaF 2,SiO 2,Fe 2O 3,SO 3,P 2O 5 in flouspar were measured by sequential X ray fluorescence spectrometer.
The review compares new model sequential X ray fluorescence spectrometers among ARL 9400,PW 2400/2404,SRS 3400,RIX 2100/3001 and XRF 1700. Technical specification, attached computer with hardware and software for qualitative, quantitative and standardless analysis are given in detail.
The sample was prepared by the method of powder compressing. By the small size multichannel simultaneous X ray fluorescence spectrometer, the contens of SiO 2,Al 2O 3,CaO,MgO,Fe 2O 3 and K 2O,Na 2O in potassium feldspar can be measured.
The crystallinity, morphology, wettability, and Ca/P ratio of the HA layer were investigated by electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, goniometric measurement of contact angle, and wavelength dispersive X-ray analysis.
Phase characterization was performed by X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray fluorescence in energy and wavelength dispersive spectroscopy modes.
Wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence has been used for the determination of lead in atmospheric dust collected on glass fiber filters by the LIB filtration method.
A method for the simultaneous determination of arsenic, selenium and antimony in biological samples by means of wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRFS) is described.
Although static polarizabilities are in reasonable agreement with experiment for NO3-the wavelength dispersion of the polarizability is underestimated by about a factor of two, apparently as a result of inadequacies in the quantum mechanical method.
Different analytical procedures (spectrophotometry, ICP-OES, wavelength-dispersive XRFA) for the determination of U in natural waters after its preconcentration on cellulose-hyphan (Riedel-de Ha?n AG, Seelze, FRG) are described.
Following the enrichment the U traces are directly determined on the ion-exchanger by wavelength-dispersive XRFA [detection limit (3 σ) 1.5 μg/l U, relative standard deviation sr of the combined procedure 0.08 (10 μ/l U)].
Gunshot residue particles are made visible with the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and are analysed by means of energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDXS) and lately also by means of wavelength-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (WDXS).
The determination of trace uranium in the fluorescence-enhancing agent which consists mainly of sodium pyrophosphate by measuring the laser-induced fluorescence of uranyl ions with a nitrogen laser and a Boxcar integrator has been investigated. Both the wavelength dispersive technique and the time-resolved technique Were used. By addition of CyDTA in the fluorescence-enhancing agent, the sensitivity and selection of determination of trace uranium are better than "Fluran" agent and that by addition of EDTA. T...
This paper is concerned with the design consideration of an optical terminal for a 140 Mb/s digital colour TV optic fiber transmission system built and tested in our institute, including evaluations of receiver sensitivities and repeater spacings at 0.85 and 1.3 μm, respectively. The effect of modal and chromatic dispersion of the graded-index multimode fiber on the repeater spacings are considered at both wavelengths of 0.85 and 1.3 μm in some detail.
Accelerated weathering tests on phase separated and non-separated soda-lime-silica glasses have been made under static condition of 75% relative humidity and 70℃. Detailed studies of change of weathering resistance show that the rate of weathering is reduced, if phase separation results in connected structure of silica-rich phase, whereas droplet form of structure of silica-rich phase is more liable to weathering. The weathering products were examined by wavelength dispersion spectrometer.
