In this paper, the basic methods of image processing and analysis, the development of digital image processing system are presented. By sumerizing the actuality, requirement and conceptual design of image monitoring system at different times, this paper presents an intelligent resolvent which combined image processing and image recognition with network monitor. At the same time, that intelligent control and image recognition techniques are used to the image track intelligentizes and modernizes the remote image monitor.
