采用多聚酶链反应技术扩增30例福尔马林固定石蜡包埋的口腔鳞癌组织中的HPVDNA及P53第七外显子基因。结果显示HPVDNA阳性者22例,P53基因有突变者16例。其中HPVDNA阳性者约有1/2存在着P53基因突变,HPVDNA阴性者绝大部分有P53突变。本研究表明P53基因突变在HPVDNA阴性的鳞癌的癌发生中发挥了重要作用,而在HPVDNA阳性的鳞癌中P53基因突变只是鳞癌发生中的一后期现象。

n order to study the

为探讨舌鳞癌的组织学恶性度和颈淋巴结转移的关系,我们应用五因素评点法对45例原发性舌鳞癌进行了组织学和临床方面的研究。研究结果显示:用五因素评点法得点11点以上的高度恶性组患者的颈淋巴结转移率明显高于得点10点以下的低度恶性组患者,说明此评点法在预测颈淋巴结转移上有实用价值。可指导临床医生更好地选择颈廓清的适应证。

采用聚合酶链反应和寡核苷酸探针杂交技术,检测21例口腔粘膜鳞癌组织中Ha-ras癌基因第12位密码子G→T突变,结果有6例存在这种点突变(28.6%),而10例正常口腔粘膜组织无1例发生这种突变。提示:Ha-ras癌基因第12位密码子G→T突变可能导致口腔癌中癌基因的激活。并对点突变的临床意义进行了讨论。
