This paper introduces main content of research result for an environmental protection coating-waterborne fluorosilicone coating. A technical breakthrough in super weatherability and stain resistance of waterborne exterior wall coating has been realized as co-mixing modification between fluorosilicone resin and non-fluor resin, leading in nano-materials applicable new technique and using gradient self-demixing principle. A technical breakthrough in super weatherability and stain resistance of waterborne exterior wall coating has been realized as co-mixing modification between fluorosilicone resin and non-fluor resin, leading in nano-materials applicable new technique and using gradient self-demixing principle. Thus, the weatherability and stain resistance of waterborne coating are greatly increased. The decorative result and applicable function are well received via application of trial product on trial engineering. It has a good prospect of industrial market.

介绍水性环保型涂料———水性氟硅涂料研究的主要成果内容。以氟硅树脂与非氟树脂共混改性、引入纳米材料应用新技术、运用梯度自分层原理 ,实现了水性外墙涂料超耐候、耐污的技术突破。大幅度提高了水性涂料的耐候性与耐玷污性。试制的产品经试点工程应用 ,其装饰效果和使用功能均受到好评 ,有良好的产业化市场前景
